Chris Cavallo
Christopher M. Cavallo founded Cavallo & Associates in 1999. Chris brings over 35 years of corporate management experience in every facet of the Security, Investigations and Communications industries. Early in his career he spent 15 years with a Fortune 50 Protective Services Company, leaving as the Vice-President of a $300 + million business unit. Soon after leaving the corporate world Chris owned and operated Records Search Inc. (RSI),
one of the premier Background Investigations companies in the United States. RSI was listed consecutively for several years as an Inc. 500 company during the late 90’s. Chris has founded/co-founded multiple companies in and outside the United States and Latin America as well. He has been published in numerous industry magazines and has appeared on MSNBC along with other programs, and is considered an industry expert. Chris went on to become the President of a US based company and his primary focus became Latin America. Chris calls Bogota his home away from home and believes that he has a responsibility to bring the most up to date Technologies to Colombia and the region. Because of the US Free Trade Agreement signed with Colombia in 2012 there has been tremendous growth in the Commercial Real Estate Market which Chris has been involved in for the last 20 years in the US. Chris and Luis have focused these efforts and have several projects under development in 2018 with local partners. Chris has also been involved with a local Bogota Foundation called Proyecto Union(www.ProyectoUnion.org) which aids the homeless, treats children with terminal diseases and provides housing as well. Chris,Luis and their Partners are committed to giving back to the Communities that they work in and Proyecto Union will be one of the recipients of that effort!
Luis Carlos Diaz
Luis Carlos Diaz is the Managing Partner for Cavallo Associates in Latin America and has been Partners with Chris since 2002. He is a Key Executive and business development leader in the area of Information Technology solutions for business, with his main focus on Energy, Security,Real Estate and Investment Banking. Since 2010 Luis has focused his efforts on projects in the Real Estate sector broadening the companies business base in the areas of Mixed Use Projects, Hotel and Office Building developments. Because of Luis’s in-depth background in the Latin America-Caribbean region many US companies retain the partnership of Cavallo Associates for market penetration and fast tracking their businesses into Colombia and select countries.
Luis has been a Business Development Manager, International Sales Manager, Insurance CIO, and has developed multiple business opportunities for Energy Generation and Savings, and has been consultatively selling Security, Telecommunications and I.T. solutions for the last 10 years.
Luis has always looked to transform those organizations willing to progress their Business’s and pushing forward while keeping with the times and the future of his home country Colombia. All this while delivering concrete revenue and margin results. Luis is highly skilled in analyzing and understanding Global Trends especially in the Real Estate sector. His deep knowledge regarding all aspects of the Latin American market and business community has led many Cavallo Associates clients to consult with this firm on an ongoing basis.
